We look forward to welcoming you to Holme House and hope you enjoy your stay with us. When you make your booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

Prices

The price includes accommodation and breakfast. There are also complementary tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms. We accept payment in cash, personal cheques and debit /credit cards. Please make cheques payable to Holme House.

Non-availability

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival

Your accommodation will available to you from 3.30pm on your day of arrival unless otherwise arranged. Please let us know if you are to arrive after 8pm. Should you wish to arrive earlier, to park or drop off luggage, please let us know in advance. On the rare occasion I may be unavailable for check in. In such a situation, I have a key box installed which allows guests' access to Holme House. Instructions for use will be forwarded prior to arrival in the event of this happening.

Departure

Rooms must be vacated and the bill settled by 11am on your day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.

Damages and Breakages

Please take care of our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you or members of your party cause. Please let us know of any instances as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice if the damage or breakage is significant.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to you or any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, how so ever caused unless it is proven to have been caused by a negligent act by ourselves or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Data

Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer.

Use of facilities at Holme House are intended for people staying in the accommodation only.
